Table-top Plastic Strapping Machines

The DF-20L is an economical, easy to use strapping machine. Equipped with externally adjustable strap feed and electronic tension control, the DF-20L is the perfect strapper for securing and unitizing outgoing shipments of heavy oversized product. An audible cycle alert safety signal, "ACASS," is given when the strap has been inserted into the sealing mechanism prior to tensioning. This signal offers added safety for the operator. The DF-20L uses 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2" strapping.

Automatic Poly Strapping Machines

The D2400 is a technically innovative strapping machine capable of over 50 strapping cycles per minute. This machine will accept 5mm, 6mm (1/4”) or 9mm (3/8”) strap (no additional parts or costs required). Cycle initiation is by start switch, photo eye or foot bar and the table height can be adjusted from 29.5” to 35.4”. Operating on single phase power, the machine can be plugged in virtually anywhere in your facility. Equipped with a LCD which can be set to display in six different languages. Capable of being equipped to accept our new XL coils and easy strap feeding, the D2400 minimizes the lost time associated with coil changes.

Fully Automatic Poly Strapping Machines

The D2100A is the operator-less machine utilizing four wide powered belts on the table tops and photo switches. This unit can place up to two straps automatically. The D-2100A will accept 5mm or 6mm strap (no additional parts or costs required). With a cycle time of only 1.2 seconds, this unit can handle the most demanding throughput rates encountered. Cycle initiation is by photo switch, although the unit can be switched to manual and used like a stand alone D-2100 for offline applications. The D-2100A has a table height of 800mm (31.5”) and operates on 220 volt – 3 phase power. The design of this machine includes rounded corners on the table tops for increased personal safety. The coil is internally mounted, which minimizes required floor space, but utilizes an open design so that the coil is visible. Easy automatic strap feeding, loop kick outs and automatic strap discharge of leftover strap once has coil has been exhausted are just a few of the features which make this a user friendly unit. The strapping material is heat sealed for maximum seal efficiency.
